Motion detection alerts on everything
A regular camera reacts to any change in the picture: a branch in the wind, a shadow, headlights from the street, a cat. After a week of such alerts people stop opening them, and a real event gets lost among false alarms.
Your recordings sit in someone else's service
Many consumer cameras store video in the manufacturer's cloud. For a home, that means footage of your yard, children and guests. Access to it depends on someone else's account and someone else's rules.
The camera captures the neighbors' yard and windows
A camera on the fence can easily be turned so the neighboring property ends up in the frame. The Constitution protects everyone's private and family life, so decide where cameras point before installation. Constitution of Ukraine, Art. 32
Nobody watches the recording until something happens
A few cameras produce hours of video every night. People learn about an event in the morning and search for it by rewinding, after the person has long gone.
Unknown cars in the complex parking lot
Spaces are taken by cars no resident recognizes, and the fire lane is blocked. The management company learns about it from complaints in the building chat.

Every event reaches the person in charge as a card with a frame, and the log keeps the history.

Regulations and requirements
What they mean for video monitoring. This is not legal advice.
- Constitution of Ukraine, Article 32No one may be subjected to interference in their private and family life, except in cases provided for by the Constitution. We set the cameras on your property, entrance and driveway. Parts of the frame showing another yard or windows are covered with a privacy mask, or we change the camera angle.
- Civil Code of Ukraine, Articles 301 and 307Article 301 establishes a person's right to private life and its confidentiality. Article 307 ties video recording of a person to their consent. That is why the system watches the boundary of your property and keeps the street and neighboring yards in the frame as little as possible.
- Law of Ukraine «Про захист персональних даних» (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”), Article 25An individual may process data solely for personal or household needs without applying the provisions of this Law. A camera that sees only your yard fits this use. In a residential complex, cameras in common areas are installed by the condominium association (OSBB) or the management company, and the general requirements of the Law apply to them: a defined purpose, retention periods and access to recordings.

FAQ
Does the video go to the internet?
Not unless you want it to. We deploy on-site in your home, in your own cloud, or in our secure cloud, and frames never leave the boundary you choose. For remote access or phone notifications, only what you allow leaves the house.
Will the cameras I already have work?
Usually yes. Before launch we look at frames from your cameras and tell you honestly where they will do the job and where it is worth adding a camera.
Can I install a camera that sees the street or the neighbors?
The camera should look at your property. We keep the street in the frame as little as possible and cover the neighboring yard and windows with a privacy mask or change the angle. The right to private life is protected by Article 32 of the Constitution and Article 301 of the Civil Code.
How does the system tell our cars from others?
By license plate, against a list you maintain. If a plate is dirty, covered or poorly lit at night, the car goes into the log as unknown, with a frame.
Does the system recognize guests' faces?
We do not recognize faces. The system sees a person, a car and a zone in the frame, and you decide from the frame who it was.
Does it work at night?
Yes, if the cameras have night illumination or the property is lit. We check night frames before launch and tell you in advance where more light is needed.
Is this suitable for a residential complex?
Yes, for the vehicle entrance, parking, common areas and perimeter. There the cameras are installed by the condominium association or the management company, so we agree retention periods and access to recordings with them under the Personal Data Protection Law.
