The camera checks hygiene on the floor. Your HACCP specialist decides

The camera watches hand sanitizing, hair caps and face masks, containers on the floor and unattended knives. Each possible violation arrives as an event card with a frame and a timestamp. Confirmed cards add up to a log you can show an auditor.

For quality and HACCP teams, process engineers and production managers.

How it is monitored today

The paper hygiene log is filled in at the end of the shift, so it describes the plan. It can't tell you what happened on the floor at 6 a.m.

A supervisor can't stand at every hygiene station and every table for a whole shift.

Auditors ask how exactly you monitor staff hygiene. All you can show them is signatures.

What the camera notices

  • Entry without hand sanitizingA person walked past the dispenser without holding out their hands. We also flag two people passing on a single sanitizing.
  • Incomplete workwearHair cap, face mask, beard net, gloves. Each item arrives as a separate card.

  • Containers and product on the floorA crate sits on the floor without a cart, pallet or stand.
  • Unattended knifeA knife lies on a table with nobody near it.
  • Personal items and foodA phone or food in the production area, items on top of lockers in the locker room.
  • Doors and gates left openThe container washroom door and dock doors left open longer than the set time.

What your specialist gets

ViolationNo violation

A card in the panel. The specialist's decision goes into the log together with the frame.

FAQ

Does this replace the HACCP log?

No, the system supplements your log. It brings event cards with frames, and your specialist confirms them. You can show the decision log with its frames during an audit.

What if the camera gets it wrong?

The specialist clicks “no violation”, and the card doesn't enter the log as confirmed. Your decisions make the system more accurate for your plant.

Can we choose only a few rules?

Yes. Each rule is turned on separately to match your HACCP plan and your cameras.
